Policies / Agreement
This Studio Policies/Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between MOVESWITHANA LLC Studio (the "Studio") and the undersigned participant (the "Participant").
By purchasing the Heels Course or Intensive ("Package"), the Participant has read and understood the contents of the MOVESWITHANA LLC Studio Policies/Agreement ("Agreement") and agrees to the following listed terms:
Terms and Conditions
1. Class Enrollment and Fees
1.1 Registration: Participants must complete a registration form and agree to this Agreement before attending any Classes.
1.2 Payment: Participants may choose to pay class fees in full at the time of registration or make partial payments according to a payment schedule agreed upon with the Studio.
1.3 Partial Payments: If opting for partial payments, the following terms apply:
Initial Payment: An initial payment of 0% of the total class fees is due at the time of registration.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance will be paid in full due on the first day of each course.
Late Fees: A late fee of $50 will be charged for payments not received by the due date.
1.4 Non-Refundable Payments: All payments are non-refundable except as specified under Section 8. The package is transferable (you are responsible for finding the person to whom you will transfer your package, you are responsible for collecting from them the payment from the transferred payment), and The Studio does not offer reimbursement or makeup classes for missed classes.
1.5 Pricing Structure:
All programs are priced either as packaged courses or single-session offerings.
Package Courses:
Courses are sold as a complete package and are not priced per individual class.
The 3-WEEK HEELS COURSE includes six (6) classes and one (1) filming session. Pricing is as follows:
Single drop-in classes are available for $30 per class.
Dance Events:
Special dance events are priced at $45 per event.
1.6 Payment Options:
CREDIT CARD: The Studio can accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. By opting for credit card payments, you hereby authorize the Studio to charge your credit card or bank account in advance for all applicable fees incurred by you in connection with your chosen service and registration.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
2.1 Participant Cancellation & Transfer:
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Participants may transfer their purchased course package one time only to another person of their choosing to take their place in the course. The Studio must be notified in writing of the transfer no later than 48 hours before the course start date. The replacement participant must complete all required registration forms, policies, and liability waivers prior to attending. No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
2.2 Rescheduling:
Rescheduling of a purchased course package is not permitted. Participants are responsible for attending the course on the scheduled dates and times as listed at the time of purchase.
2.3 Studio Cancellation:
The Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a full course cancellation by the Studio, participants will be offered either a refund or a credit toward a future course, at the Studio’s discretion.
2.4 Death or Disability Clause:
In the event a participant is unable to attend the course due to death or permanent disability, the package remains non-refundable. However, the participant or their legal representative may transfer the remaining portion of the package to another participant in accordance with Section 8.1.
All sales are final. Packages are non-refundable and transferable only by the participant to one replacement attendee.
3. Class Conduct and Use of Studio Facilities
3.1 Attire: Participants are require to wear proper dance attire, including securely fitted high heels for classes. The use of non-marking soles is required to prevent damage to studio floors.
3.2 Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the class without a refund.
3.3 Punctuality: Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the class if it disrupts the session.
3.4 Personal Belongings: The Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Participants should take their personal items into the dance studio with them and place them in designated areas. Any belongings left in the dancer's lounge will not be supervised.
3.5 Equipment: Studio equipment must be used appropriately and returned to its original place after use.
4. Personal Information
4.1 Data Collection: The Studio will collect and store personal information for administrative purposes only and will not share it with third parties without consent.
4.2 Emergency Contact: Participants must provide emergency contact information.
5. Photography and Videography
5.1 Consent: By signing this Agreement, participants consent to the use of their image in photos and videos taken during classes for promotional purposes or learning purposes by the Studio.
5.2 Usage Restrictions: Participants are prohibited from using such videos for commercial purposes; they may only use them for individual purposes.
6. Program Restrictions
6.1 Teaching Restrictions: Participants are not permitted to use the same package program taught by the Studio to teach others.
7. Health and Safety
7.1 Preparation: Participants need adequate time to be physically and mentally prepared for the demands of the dance class.
7.2 Medical Clearance: Participants must ensure they are physically fit to participate in high heels dance classes.
The Studio recommends consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new physical activity.
7.3 Injury Reporting: Participants must immediately inform the instructor (Anastasiia Perina) of any injuries sustained during class. The Studio and the instructor (Anastasiia Perina) are not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur on its premises.
8. Waiver of Liability
8.1 Risk Acknowledgement: Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with high heels dance and agree to participate at their own risk.
8.2 Liability Release: Participants release and discharge the Studio, its instructors (Anastasiia Perina), and staff from any and all claims or causes of action arising from their participation in the classes, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
9. Governing Law
9.1 Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
10. Amendments
10.1 Policy Changes: The Studio reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
By signing below, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the policies set forth in this Agreement.

- $265 — Early Bird rate
- $290 — Standard rate (available up to one week before the course start date)
- $350 — Late enrollment rate (final week before the course start date)
