Throughout the course, you’ll learn and refine one full storytelling choreography, focusing on technique, musicality, and expression — and finish with your own professional solo video that captures your growth and artistry.

It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous or unsure before trying something new, especially when stepping into heels for the first time. Many students start exactly where you are! Remember, you’re taking dance classes to learn how to dance, so you don’t need to know anything to get started. My classes are designed to be warm, welcoming, and supportive, so you can learn at your own pace without pressure.
The focus is on your progress, not perfection. You’ll be surrounded by others on the same journey, and I’m here to guide and encourage you throughout.

Absolutely! My classes are for everyone: no matter your age, shape, size, or flexibility level. Heels dance is all about embracing who you are, feeling confident, and enjoying movement your way.
You don’t need any prior dance experience or a special fitness level to join. The class pace is comfortable and designed so everyone can grow their skills step by step.

To help you build skills safely and confidently, this course follows a progressive structure where each class builds on the last. Because of that, I don’t offer single drop-in classes or partial enrollments.
But don’t worry if you miss a session! We share videos and tips in our group chat, and your fellow dancers are always happy to support you catching up. The community is here to help you stay connected and motivated.

Wear comfortable, stretchy, and form-fitting clothes: leggings, shorts, or a fitted top work great. Choose outfits that help you feel confident and let you move freely.
While it’s best to dance in professional high heels designed specifically for heels dance, like stilettos that offer the right support, balance, and flexibility—you can also start dancing in socks for the first few classes. This helps you get comfortable with the movements safely.
Knee pads are highly recommended for floor work to protect your knees and keep you comfortable. If you don’t have your own yet, I can provide some for you to use during class.

Filming is always optional, you are never required to participate if you don’t want to. The filming is done in a supportive, encouraging way, often with me and other students dancing alongside you.
